This property is immaculate. I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. Obviously the owners take much pride in this property and it shows. Friendly welcome. Modern rooms. Managed to park even though it says no parking. This was a bargain find. Lovely breakfast just a little early for a Sunday... brief but lovely stay.

Would of liked to have breakfast included in the rate of the room, didn't realise it wasn't until I got my confirmation through. So just a bit clearer on that woul be great.

The owners were very welcoming and relaxed which made your stay a pleasure. Rooms were excellent and very clean but the best thing about our stay was the breakfasts which included home made bread, I noticed they had won a breakfast award in Aug 2012, they also catered for my wife who needs a Gluten free diet.

Very spacious room, original fireplace. Bed very comfy. Bathroom was good with an excellent shower. The house in general was very attractive. The owner was very friendly and informative and was easy-going about check out time because it was a Sunday which I was most grateful for. And for the price I paid, it was superb value for money.

Only minus was the location because I travelled by train there was a little uphill walk to get to the house with my luggage. But it really wasn't that bad at all. And if you had driven and were able to to park near the house, the walk into the city centre would be absolutely fine. Again the excellent price offset not being bang in the middle of the city.

A most enjoyable stay, friendly and helpful staff at the b&B. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, particular the home made bread! The room was clean, facilities good and the sound of a grandfather clock chiming in the backgound added to a lovely atmosphere.

A most enjoyable stay, there were two issues, one of which was my own making as I didn't realise it was so far from the University (St.John's Campus), so a lot of buses and taxis but it was manageable. So not really a problem but would probably have booked somewhere closer. The second was the hard bed! Needs a mattress topper urgently!

We had a very pleasant three-night stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was locally sourced and delicious. And our hosts and the other guests made our visit memorable. An ideal spot from which to explore Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and other nearby spots

Holland House B&B is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. Clean, spacious and the hosts very friendly. We couldn't of ask for better value for money and would reccommend the hot breakfast!
